Quality Inn & Suites Garland - East Dallas

After reading a lot of reviews some good some bad, I would disagree with the bad ones. I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, the AC worked very well. The office staff was very polite and helpful. The TV didnt work the first night, but we checked in really late so it was no big deal. The next morning the lady (Lisa) at the office came and fixed it ( couldn't get it back on the cable input) Very quite. Some complained about the room smelling of weed or smoke, I had a smoking room (hard to find these days) my wife doesn't smoke and didn't notice any smell at all. Great price compared to the Holiday Inn across the highway ( almost double the price) which I have stayed at before. I will def stay again.

Great value and clean room. There was an unknown water issue after a shower, significant water on the floor. Had only booked the room for one night so it was not an issue. Told the desk clerk who I saw write it down to pass down to maintenance. Over all will stay here again when traveling for work.

Location, and the improvements from the last time, about 2 or 3yrs ago. Walking distance to the lake

Breakfast was good location was easy to get to

Staff was great! Room was tidy.
